Ronan Daly was the Founding Director of Allied Property Management, a very successful property business which was set up in 2000. Ronan brings a wealth of experience having been at the helm of this business dealing with lettings and management in both the residential and commercial sectors of the property market. Neil O'Hanlon has over 23 years of experience in the financial and property Industries. Over the last decade he has concentrated his skills and expertise mainly in the Retail and Commercial Sector. His portfolio of properties included large scale Retail Shopping Centres, Retail Parks and Residential Developments. Neil also brings a wealth of business and financial knowledge to this role having spent 13 years in the Commercial Financial Industry with Bank of Ireland.

Aoife worked in the Customer Service Department in the Hotel Sector and brings superb knowledge and understanding to her role in JSPM. She also has extensive experience in sales, marketing and clerical work. Aoife’s focus is to fulfil the needs of all who contact our business either by phone or in person and make sure that their needs are taken care of in the most efficient manner.

Lorraine brings over 6 years of customer service and credit control experience which she gained working in the insurance industry. Lorraine has been part of the J&S Property Management Team for over a year. She takes great care in her duties as a Property Manager Assistant, working closely with all departments within the company.

Steven looks after Insurance Policies for all our sites as well as being a Property Manager Assistant. He brings great experience to this administration role having worked as a Clerical Officer in the Superintendent’s Office of Coolock Garda Station which provided various experience in dealing with matters of a sensitive nature all the while abiding to data protection. Steven also has experience as keyholder in a retail capacity dealing with the day to day management, administration, customer service and social media.

Martin is a Business Development Manager for Sales & Lettings at JSPM. He has twenty five years’ experience in the Property Sector. His wide range of knowledge and expertise include Residential Management and Sales and Lettings. As the Business Development Manager, Martin develops new business in the residential and commercial sector. Martin is also responsible for an impressive portfolio of sales and lettings in the company. Martin takes great pride in his duties and takes pride in providing a professional and efficient service to all our valued Clients.

Katie assists the Sales & Lettings Team carrying out all ad hoc duties daily including inspections, PRTB cases and files and liaising with Tenants and Landlords. Katie brings 5 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to her position.
