We manage a mixed portfolio of residential, retail and commercial developments in Dublin, Cork, Wexford, Meath, Kildare and Wicklow.

All housing developments are assigned to a property portfolio and managed by a Property Team headed by a Property Manager and consisting of an Accountant, a Credit Controller and a Maintenance Co-ordinator.

Your Property Manager

A dedicated Property Manager will lead the team managing all aspects of your development. Besides being point of contact, your Property Manager also communicates with all Members, conducts AGMs, Committee meetings, sources facility services contractors and manages the operation of the entire development on behalf of the Owner’s Management Company.

Your PM carries out regular inspections to ensure that your development is managed to the highest standard.

Your Accountant

An Accountant is assigned to your development to manage all cash flow and budgets and to produce management accounts and budgets for the Board.  All creditor payments are also managed by your Accountant .

Your Credit Controller

A dedicated Credit Controller is assigned to your development and is crucial to the ongoing collection of service charges to ensure cash is available to meet the ongoing demands of the development.

Your Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator will review contracts and ensure that all contractors are fully qualified and licensed. They will obtain new tenders annually for each service and for larger maintenance works throughout the year.

Together with the Property Manager, your Maintenance Coordinator will oversee all contractors, projects, energy efficiency solutions and manage the sinking fund 10 year plan.

Your Website & Members Area

The JSPM main website will offer a Members Area for medium to large developments. Here you will be able to see all activities relating to your development, including planned and completed maintenance works. You will also see Insurance documents, AGM reports, Minutes of committee meetings, finance reports and much more.

Your account for service charges

We provide 24/7 access to your service charge account.  Here you will see your payment history and outstanding balance.


Your Property Manager will issue quarterly newsletters by email for your development with all the latest news on your site.  Click here for a sample Newsletter. 

Committee & Directors Meeting

Your Property Manager will hold regular meetings with committee & boards to keep you updated about all areas of your development including credit control. Quarterly Management reports are provided at these meeting, outlining all expenditure and Income.
